Rob Palfrey’s first career was as an infantry officer in the British Army, serving from 1998 until 2014, and deploying to Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan during that period. Upon leaving, Rob formed Minerva SRM to implement some of the many lessons from those experiences, in the private and third sectors.
Minerva SRM provides bespoke social risk management services, enabling clients to develop and maximise their social performance. Minerva achieves this by employing complexity thinking to understand and influence the social domain, ensuring clients optimise results and protect their businesses.
Rob is also a director of Human Rights at Sea International and is retained by the British Government as a deployable civilian expert specializing as a Conflict Practitioner. Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Social and Global Justice, a Certificate in Conflict Resolution, and a Diploma in Management.
