Lindsey Ord
Lindsey Ord
Lindsey brings over 24 years of expertise as a strategic private equity and blended finance specialist. She has held pivotal roles within leading private equity fund managers, driving impactful initiatives across diverse investment mandates.
During her tenure at Climate Fund Managers (CFM), Lindsey collaborated with Andrew Johnstone in designing Climate Investor One, Two, and Three, and played a key role in finalizing the fund structure and preparing fund documents for a climate debt fund. Until May 2024, she served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at CFM, following her role as Chief Financial and Risk Officer (CFRO) from 2017. Lindsey holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from UNISA and a BCom degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
Anil Khimjee
Anil Khimjee
Anil has been with EY for the past 20 years, focusing on valuations and business modelling. He has more than 20 years' experience in corporate finance and is a member of SAICA. Anil, a quality driven professional, has a passion for skills transfer between teams and clients while enhancing diversity and inclusivity. His experience includes assignments in the infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, retail, technology communications and entertainment (TCE) sectors.
Shona Galal
Shona Galal
Shona has extensive experience in business valuation and corporate finance advisory. Shona has worked across diverse sectors, notably Asset Management, Banking, Telecommunications, and Renewable Energy & Infrastructure.
Shona (CFA Charterholder and Chartered Accountant) has managed numerous business/asset valuation engagements, and played a pivotal role in the Strategy & Transactions Graduate Program. Through these engagements, Shona has developed a comprehensive knowledge of various global valuation standards, including IPEV as well as industry best practices.
