Gail is the managing editor of Private Equity Africa, a London-based financial publication that covers private equity fund and institutional investing in Africa.

Gail’s financial journalism career includes roles at Unquote, a specialist Europe-focused private equity publication, FX-Week, which covers the global foreign exchange industry and Risk, a global risk management journal. Prior to joining Private Equity Africa, she was the US editor for a structured credit publication mtn-i. Gail has also covered key markets for Africa-focused publications such The Financial Times’ This is Africa and the Africa Investor.

Her academic background includes a specialist Masters in Business Administration in Finance (MBA Fin) degree, specializing in financial risk management and mergers and acquisitions.
