SAVCA has partnered with Sirdar Bespoke Education who will be facilitating the Board Masterclass training.

The training sessions will be in-person and will take place over the course of one and a half days, which will be CPD accredited.

Module 1: The Foundations of Board Effectiveness
– Introduction to the role of the Board
– Directors Duties
– The Role of the Board in Strategy

Module 2: Decision-Making: The role of the Board in Governing Performance and Risk
– Risk and Compliance
– Achieving the required results

Module 3: Decision-Making: The Role of the Board in Engaging Stakeholders and Ensuring Accountability
– Stakeholder Inclusivity and Engagement
– Delivering sustainable returns

We need a minimum of 25 participants in order the be able to run the programme.
Please note, should we not meet the minimum number of required participants, we will not be able to proceed.

Cost
An investment of R6 500 excl VAT for the programme per person.
This includes all modules covered in the course outline.
