SAVCA members are invited to the SAVCA B-BBEE Workshop for Members, tailor-made specifically for the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry on Wednesday, 15 August 2018. Arrival is at 8:00am for a 8:30m start until 4:30pm.

The workshop will be held at the offices of Johannesburg: Bowmans offices, 11 Alice Lane, Sandhurst, Sandton, 2196.

The programme will cover the following topics:

• Overview of the B-BBEE legislative framework and the Codes (with private equity specific guidance notes including Black Business Growth Funding (“BBGF”))
• Ownership, tailored to Private Equity
• Managing an investment portfolio from an ESG and B-BBEE perspective
