Musa Group is excited to announce the launch of its analyst programme in January 2017. We are currently looking to recruit a few talented individuals to join our programme and work with our advisory teams, evaluating opportunities and working within our direct investment companies.

This two-year programme is designed to give participants intensive, broad-based experience and exposure within our Group within both private equity and big ticket African infrastructure deals. On completion of the programme, the best performers will have an opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the organisation and be part of its remarkable growth story.

To be considered for the programme you should have:

• Excellent academic results
• Business qualification (eg CA(SA), Business Science, B Comm – Finance/Economics, CFA etc.)
• 12-24 months’ experience post-graduation experience, in a deals advisory practice (eg Project finance, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations or Corporate advisory). Financial modelling exposure would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Entrepreneurial skills, willingness to work hard and be part of a winning team
