2X Collaborative launches 2X Ignite GP Sprint – Africa Cohort

The 2X Collaborative is thrilled to launch the 2X Ignite GP Sprint, an intensive and highly competitive program to accelerate female-led/owned and gender-balanced fund managers with gender-smart investing strategies to a first close.

The 2XI GP Sprint is an intensive 6-month program where 2X Ignite and a handpicked team of investment experts will work with a small cohort of selected GPs on bespoke and practical action to expedite the timeline to a first close. The aim is to bring in a candid LP perspective to provide GPs with concrete and tailored feedback on top priorities they each need to address to secure investors for a first close. Throughout the program GPs work hands-on with experts and mentors on tackling their respective priorities.

2X is now launching the first pilot focusing on 7 GPs in Africa with the aim to scale and replicate the initiative across other regions. Applications are open until September 23. Apply here!
