Guy along with his co-Directors at RCA have established South Africa as a key Transaction Risk Insurance Market and have been instrumental in introducing and developing W&I insurance into the South African M&A market. Guy is qualified to practice as a lawyer in South Africa, Ireland, England & Wales and Australia and holds a LLM (Master of Laws, London). RCA is the only specialist Transaction Risk Insurance Advisor with a team based in South Africa.
