Nhlanganiso Mkwanazi is the co-founder and Executive Director of Medu Capital.

He has 24 years of experience in auditing, management consulting and private equity investing. Following his articles at Deloitte, Nhlanganiso joined Gemini Consulting as a consultant in strategy and business transformation projects. He later joined Brait Private Equity and was appointed as a director. Mkwanazi has been with Medu Capital for 15 years.

Nhlanganiso serves on various boards of companies.

Nhlanganiso, a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and Chartered Financial Analyst, is a graduate of the University of South Africa where he completed degrees in commerce and accounting.
