Sibongile Solombela is an M&A lawyer and a member of the private equity team at Hogan Lovells (South Africa).

He joined Hogan Lovells in 2017 and is experienced in negotiating large-scale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, black economic empowerment transactions, JSE and general company law advisory work. High-profile clients he has worked with include Shell and the De Beers group.

Sibongile holds a BCom and an LLB degree from Rhodes University and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
